● All abstracts must be submitted via the official website www.jrs-jo.org via the online form.
● All abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
● Please follow the instructions listed on the website step by step.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must be written exclusively in good English, clearly presenting the content. They should not exceed 250 words and must be typed in Times New Roman, size 12.

The title must be brief, clear, and written in capital letters, not exceeding 20 words.

Clearly state the specific objectives of the study.

Describe the methods used.

Summarize the results obtained and the conclusions reached.

Standard abbreviations may be used. Special or unusual abbreviations are discouraged; if necessary, they should appear in parentheses after the first full mention. Unit symbols may be used without definition.

References are not required for abstract submission.

Author names should be listed with initials before surnames, and the presenting author must be underlined.

The presenting author is required to register for the congress.

Institutional affiliations should be stated.

Include a correspondence address, presenter’s name, and authors’ email, telephone, and fax numbers.

Authors will be notified regarding abstract acceptance and the mode of presentation.
